Our Soho and Summerfield Children's Centres provide‘one-stop' services for families with children under five years, including:

• Childcare with early education
• Family support and outreach services
• Health services, including access to specialist services
• Training and employment, support for parents

Services are provided by multi-professional teams working together with parents, such as Health Visitors, Early Years Educationalists, Play Workers and many more.

By joining up these services we are better able to support families and improve outcomes for children in the area.

All services are planned and delivered in line with the ‘Every Child Matters' framework which covers:
